33A-3-21. Personal sureties on bond of conservator--Additional security. If a bond is tendered by a conservator with personal sureties, there shall be at least two such sureties. Each surety shall file with the court a certificate under oath which describes the property owned, both real and personal, and states that the surety is worth the sum named in the bond as the penalty on the bond over and above all of the surety's debts and liabilities and the aggregate of other bonds on which the surety is principal or surety and exclusive of property exempt from execution. The court may require additional security or may require a corporate surety bond, the premium on the bond to be paid from the ward's estate.
