33A-3-11. Notice of time and place of hearing to United States Department of Veterans' Affairs. Not less than fourteen days before hearing on the matter, notice in writing of the time and place of the hearing shall be given by mail (unless waived in writing) to the office of the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs having jurisdiction over the area in which the suit or any such proceeding is pending.
