33A-2-26. Claims--Application form--Approval of application. The director shall prepare application forms and rules governing administration of §§ 33A-2-10 to 33A-2-33, inclusive, as the commission directs and authorizes under § 33A-2-25. The application forms and rules shall be completed and made available to eligible veterans when funds are available to the commission. Payment of all claims approved by the commission shall be made as funds are available and in the order determined by the commission.
