CHAPTER 7 - POLLING PRECINCTS AND VOTING PLACES
SECTION 7-7-480. Designation of voting precincts in Saluda County.

(A) In Saluda County there are the following voting precincts:

Centennial

Clyde

Delmar

Fruit Hill

Higgins/Zoar

Holly

Hollywood

Holstons

Mayson

Mt. Willing

Pleasant Cross

Pleasant Grove

Richland

Ridge Spring/Monetta

Saluda No. 1

Saluda No. 2

Sardis

Ward

(B) The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on official maps on file with the Office of Research and Statistics of the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-81-94 and as shown on certified copies provided to the State Election Commission and the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Saluda County by the office.

(C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Saluda County subject to the approval of a majority of the Saluda County Legislative Delegation.
