CHAPTER 7 - POLLING PRECINCTS AND VOTING PLACES
SECTION 7-7-290. Designation of voting precincts in Greenwood County.

(A) In Greenwood County there are the following voting precincts:

(B) The precinct lines defining the precincts are as shown on the official map P-47-14 on file with the Office of Research and Statistics of the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office and as shown on copies provided to the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Greenwood County. The official map may not be changed except by act of the General Assembly.

(C) The Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Greenwood County shall designate the polling places of each precinct.
