CHAPTER 13 - PROTECTION OF FISH
SECTION 50-13-80. Taking fish by snagging.


SC Code § 50-13-80 (2013) What's This?

(A) It is unlawful to take fish by snagging within one thousand feet downstream of a hydroelectric facility. Nothing in this section prohibits the use of lures or baited hooks.

(B) It is unlawful to take trout by snagging.
