Section 41-2-7 - Exclusive remedy.
§ 41-2-7 Exclusive remedy.
Notwithstanding the provisions of § 42-20-13, or other provisions of laws, the procedures established by §§ 41-2-3, 41-2-4, and 41-2-6 shall constitute the exclusive remedies for persons aggrieved by any order or decision of the division of racing and athletics or of the racing and athletics hearing board.
