§ 41-10-1 License required for off track betting.

No person, association, or corporation shall hold or conduct off-track betting on any racing event for any stake, purse, or reward, except such person, association, or corporation as shall be licensed by the division of gaming and athletics licensing as provided by this chapter and as approved by the voters as required by this chapter.
