Section 35-10-4 - Funds not subject to investment.
§ 35-10-4 Funds not subject to investment.
The commission shall not invest money in funds which are subject to the control of the board of governors for higher education; provided, however, that the commission shall not be prohibited from investing moneys in the college savings program created by § 16-57-6.1.
