Section 44-3-48 - Burrillville – Certain tax exemptions.

§ 44-3-48 Burrillville – Certain tax exemptions. – (a) Each exemption granted on property in the town of Burrillville by any of the provisions of this chapter shall be at a rate to be established per one thousand dollars ($1,000) of valuations for each exemption granted to a taxpayer.

(b) The town council of the town of Burrillville shall annually establish the tax rate for exemptions at the same time it establishes a tax rate for all ratable property.
