§ 7902. Transitional provision. This part applies to proceedings beginning on or after the effective date of this section to do any of the following:
(1) Establish a support order.
(2) Determine parentage of a child.
(3) Register, recognize, enforce or modify a prior support order, determination or agreement, whenever issued or entered.
