Section 462.240 - Oath of office.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 462.240 (2021)
Each member of the Oregon Racing Commission shall take and subscribe to an oath of office of the same form as that prescribed by law for the elective state offices. [Amended by 1969 c.356 §24; 1987 c.413 §17; 1997 c.865 §10]
