Section 459A.775 - "State agency" defined.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 459A.775 (2021)
As used in ORS 459A.775 to 459A.785, "state agency" means any state officer, department, board, commission or court created by the Constitution or statutes of this state, including the Legislative Assembly, its committees, officers and employees. [Formerly 468.967]
