Section 462.170 - Commission rules apply to county fairs; enforcement.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 462.170 (2019)
The rules of the Oregon Racing Commission shall apply to all race meets held by county fair associations and shall be enforced by the officers of each association as to race meets held on its grounds. [Amended by 1955 c.468 §2; 1957 c.313 §10; 1969 c.356 §22]
