Section 455.405 - Recreational vehicle conversion to structure.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 455.405 (2019)

(1) A recreational vehicle that has a title issued by the Department of Transportation does not qualify as a structure. A recreational vehicle that is converted to use as a structure is subject to the state building code.

(a) Has been rendered structurally immobile; or

(b) Has direct attachment to utilities. [2019 c.585 §4]
