Section 576.747 - Reporting adoption of rules regarding dealer financial assurance.

If the State Department of Agriculture adopts a rule described in ORS 576.741 (2), the department shall report to the next regular session of the Legislative Assembly following the rule adoption regarding the contents of the rule and the matters considered by the department in developing the rule. [2011 c.356 §13]
