Section 571.370 - Disposition of fee moneys.

The State Treasurer shall deposit all moneys received by the State Department of Agriculture under ORS 571.355 and 571.360 into the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. The moneys are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 571.355 and 571.360. [Formerly 576.821]
Note: 571.370 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 571 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
