OR Rev Stat § 543.525 (2013) What's This?

The provisions of ORS 543.530 to 543.550 shall not apply to any licensee which is a utility as defined in ORS 757.005 and regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Oregon. [1965 c.333 §1]

Note: 543.525 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of 543.010 to 543.610 by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
