OR Rev Stat § 455.642 (2013) What's This?
The provisions of ORS 455.640 to 455.645 shall not be construed to apply to any building having a ground area of 4,000 square feet or less and which is not more than 20 feet in height from the top surface of lowest flooring to the highest interior overhead finish of the structure.
