Section 441.142 - Duties.


OR Rev Stat § 441.142 (2013) What's This?

The Residential Facilities Advisory Committee shall:

(1) Monitor the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.

(2) Advise the Governor and the Legislative Assembly on the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program.

(3) Nominate, after interviews and according to prescribed criteria, three persons to fill the Long Term Care Ombudsman position or to fill a vacancy in the position. [1985 c.153 §11; 2013 c.717 §12]

Note: The amendments to 441.142 by section 12, chapter 717, Oregon Laws 2013, become operative July 1, 2014. See section 19, chapter 717, Oregon Laws 2013. The text that is operative until July 1, 2014, is set forth for the user's convenience.
