Section 431.968 - Duty of pharmacist to fill prescription.

A pharmacist may not refuse to fill a valid prescription solely because the pharmacist cannot receive patient information from the prescription monitoring program established under ORS 431.962 at the time the patient requests that the prescription be filled. [2009 c.799 §5]
