Section 431.905 - Enforcement by civil action; injunction; damages; attorney fees.


OR Rev Stat § 431.905 (2013) What's This?

(1) Any person may bring a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce the requirements of ORS 431.870 to 431.915. The court may grant injunctive relief in any action brought pursuant to this section.

(2) Punitive damages may also be awarded in any action brought pursuant to this section.

(3) The court may award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party in an action under this section. [1991 c.915 §11; 1995 c.618 §70]
