OR Rev Stat § 173.750 (2013) What's This?

The expiration of the terms of members of the Legislative Administration Committee upon the convening of the Legislative Assembly in the odd-numbered year regular session next following the commencement of their terms, as provided in ORS 173.730, does not affect the employment of any individual filling a position previously approved by the committee. After the convening of the odd-numbered year regular session of the Legislative Assembly and until such time as the newly appointed committee provides otherwise, the Legislative Administrator may employ and fix the compensation of individuals the Legislative Administrator deems necessary for the effective conduct of the work under the charge of the Legislative Administrator.
