Section 70.020 - Office in state.
OR Rev Stat § 70.020 (2013) What's This?
Each limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this state an office at which the records referred to in ORS 70.050 shall be kept. The office may be but need not be a place of business of the limited partnership in this state. [1985 c.677 §5]
