351.718 Qualifications of members.
OR Rev Stat § 351.718 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?
(1) The members of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission must be residents of this state who are well informed on the principles of higher education.
(2) A member of the State Board of Higher Education, Oregon Health and Science University Board of Directors or the governing board of a community college district may not serve as a member of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission. [2011 c.637 3]
