346.560 Operator subject to applicable laws and ordinances.

The operator of each vending facility operated under the provisions of ORS 346.510 to 346.570 shall be subject to the provisions of any and all laws and ordinances applying within the territory within which such facility is located including those requiring a license or permit for the conduct of such business or any particular aspect thereof.
