109.721 Priority.
OR Rev Stat § 109.721 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?
If a question of existence or exercise of jurisdiction under ORS 109.701 to 109.834 is raised in a child custody proceeding, the question, upon request of a party, must be given priority on the calendar and handled expeditiously. [1999 c.649 7]
