§62-255.2. Pandemic Relief Primary Source Revolving Fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury until July 1, 2028, a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to be designated the "Pandemic Relief Primary Source Revolving Fund". Except as otherwise provided in this section, the fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies directed for deposit to the fund by law. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and shall be awarded by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce through grants to enhance industrial parks, airparks, and ports to cover costs related to water, wastewater, sewer, and broadband projects eligible under the provisions of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 that support sites or surrounding communities identified by the Department as having such needs prior to the passage of this act and as discussed in the Transportation, Infrastructure, and Rural Development Working Group public meeting on September 15, 2022. Such funds shall be utilized in a manner consistent with the recommendations adopted by the Joint Committee on Pandemic Relief Funding on September 20, 2022.

Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
