Title 56. Poor Persons
§56-4004. Federal approval – Promulgation of rules.
Universal Citation: 56 OK Stat § 56-4004 (2021)
A. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall seek any federal approval necessary to implement this act.
B. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board shall promulgate rules to implement this act.
