§44-233.2. Agreement with United States.

44 OK Stat § 44-233.2 (2016) What's This?

The Adjutant General is hereby authorized and directed to enter into, in the name of the state, and to take all actions necessary to execute the terms of a National Guard armory building construction or expansion, rehabilitation or conversion of existing building agreements with the United States of America.
