§14-80.35.1. Term of office - District numerical designation.

14 OK Stat § 14-80.35.1 (2016) What's This?

Senators elected in 2012 from odd-numbered districts provided hereinafter shall hold office until the fifteenth day succeeding the General Election in November 2016, and thereafter shall be elected for terms of four (4) years. Senators elected from even-numbered districts in November 2010, shall hold office until the fifteenth day succeeding the General Election in November 2014, and thereafter shall be elected for terms of four (4) years.

From and after the fifteenth day succeeding the General Election in November 2012, the Senate districts shall bear the numerical designations hereinafter described and set forth.
