Title 82. Waters and Water Rights
§82-1462B. Scenic Rivers Commissions Petty Cash Funds.
A. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby authorized to establish a Petty Cash Fund for each Scenic Rivers Commission in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
B. The fund shall be established and replenished from any monies available to a Scenic Rivers Commission for operating expenses.
C. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall prescribe all forms, systems and procedures for administering a Petty Cash Fund so established.
