Title 70. Schools
§70-3-110.1. Allocation of funds for adult education.
Funds appropriated to the State Board of Career and Technology Education for Adult Education Matching Funds shall be provided to school districts which offer courses leading to a high school equivalency diploma. The State Board of Career and Technology Education shall promulgate rules for the distribution of the funds.
