§36-6470.16. Reinsurance on risks ceded by another insurer – Credit for reserves.

36 OK Stat § 36-6470.16 (2014) What's This?

A. A captive insurance company may provide reinsurance, as authorized in the Oklahoma Insurance Code, for domestic insurers on risks ceded by any other insurer.

B. A captive insurance company may take credit for reserves on risks or portions of risks ceded to reinsurers only in accordance with the Oklahoma Insurance Code.
