§10-7700-501. Scope of article.

10 OK Stat § 10-7700-501 (2014) What's This?

This article governs genetic testing of an individual to determine parentage, whether the individual:

1. Voluntarily submits to testing; or

2. Is tested pursuant to an order of the court or the Department of Human Services.
