Ohio Rev Code § 5165.501 (2015) What's This?
An operator shall comply with the "Social Security Act," section 1919(c)(2)(F), 42 U.S.C. 1396r(c)(2)(F) if the operator's nursing facility undergoes a voluntary withdrawal of participation.
