Section 4399.07 - Damages recovered by a minor.

Ohio Rev Code § 4399.07 (2015) What's This?

All damages recovered by a minor under sections 4399.02 to 4399.08 of the Revised Code shall be paid either to the minor, or to the minor's parent, guardian, or next friend, as the court directs.
