Title [61] LXI WATER SUPPLY - SANITATION - DITCHES
Chapter 6111 - WATER POLLUTION CONTROL.
Section 6111.99 - Penalties.
(A) Whoever violates section 6111.04, 6111.042, 6111.05, or division (A) of section 6111.07 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than twenty-five thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(B) Whoever violates section 6111.045 or 6111.047 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars.
(C) Whoever violates section 6111.45 or 6111.46 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
(D) Whoever violates division (C) of section 6111.07 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than twenty-five thousand dollars.
(E) Whoever violates section 6111.42 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for a first offense; for each subsequent offense, the person shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars.
(F) Whoever violates section 6111.44 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars.
