Ohio Rev Code § 3924.42 (2012) What's This?

No health insurer shall impose requirements on the department of job and family services, when it has been assigned the rights of an individual who is eligible for medical assistance under Chapter 5111. of the Revised Code and who is covered under a health care policy, contract, or plan issued by the health insurer, that are different from the requirements applicable to an agent or assignee of any other individual so covered.
