Section 3905.481 - Continuing education requirements.


Ohio Rev Code § 3905.481 (2012) What's This?

Each individual who is issued a resident insurance agent license shall complete at least twenty-four hours of continuing education in each license renewal period. The continuing education shall be offered in a course or program of study approved by the superintendent of insurance in consultation with the insurance agent education advisory council and shall include at least three hours of approved ethics training.

This section does not apply to any person or class of persons, as determined by the superintendent in consultation with the council.
