Section 3701.904 - Meetings - quorum.
Ohio Rev Code § 3701.904 (2012) What's This?
(A) The council on stroke prevention and education shall meet at the call of the chair to conduct its official business.
(B) A majority of the voting members of the council constitutes a quorum. The council may take action only by affirmative vote of a majority of a quorum.
