OH Rev Code § 4117.27 What's This?

Where it appears that an employee organization or public employees threaten or are about to violate section 4117.15 of the Revised Code by engaging in a strike, the chief executive officer of the public employer involved shall immediately notify the chief legal officer of the public employer involved and provide the chief legal officer with any facilities, assistance, or data as will enable the chief legal officer to carry out the chief legal officer’s duties.
