OH Rev Code § 4117.21 What's This?

Collective bargaining meetings between public employers and employee organizations are private, and are not subject to section 121.22 of the Revised Code.

4117.21 [Second of two versions] Collective bargaining meetings private; exception

Collective bargaining meetings between public employers and employee organizations are private, and are not subject to section 121.22 of the Revised Code, except fact-finding hearings held pursuant to section 4117.14 of the Revised Code may be open to the public if either the public employer or the exclusive representative requests the hearing be open.

Amended by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1. This amendment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 8, 2011 election.
