4117.18 [First of two versions] Prohibited acts.


OH Rev Code § 4117.18 What's This?

(A) No person shall purposely refuse to obey an order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction under Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code.

(B) No person shall purposely refuse to obey a lawful order of the state employment relations board, nor shall any person prevent or attempt to prevent any member of the board or any agent of the board from performing his lawful duties.

(C) No public employee shall engage in any unauthorized strike.

4117.18 [Second of two versions] Prohibited acts

(A) No person shall purposely refuse to obey an order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction under Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code.

(B) No person shall purposely refuse to obey a lawful order of the state employment relations board, nor shall any person prevent or attempt to prevent any member of the board or any agent of the board from performing the member’s or agent’s lawful duties.

Amended by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1. This amendment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 8, 2011 election.
