Chapter 3501: ELECTION PROCEDURE; ELECTION OFFICIALS
3501.111 [Subject to Referendum] Contracts for provision of election services.


OH Rev Code § 3501.111 What's This?

A board of elections may contract with another board of elections in this state, with a county automatic data processing board, or with an educational service center for the provision of election services, including any duties imposed upon the board of elections under section 3501.11 of the Revised Code. Any contract entered into pursuant to this section shall be approved by the boards of county commissioners of the affected counties.

Added by 129th General Assembly File No. 40, HB 194, § 1. This enactment may be subject to referendum in the Nov. 6, 2012 election.
