187.10 Bribery.


OH Rev Code § 187.10 What's This?

(A) No person, with purpose to corrupt a director, officer, or employee of JobsOhio, shall promise, offer, or give any valuable thing or valuable benefit.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of the offense of bribery, as set forth in section 2921.02 of the Revised Code.
