173.425 Annual report.


OH Rev Code § 173.425 What's This?

Annually, the department of aging shall prepare a report regarding the individuals who are the subjects of long-term care consultations and elect to receive home and community-based services covered by medicaid components the department of aging administers. The department shall prepare the report in consultation with the department of job and family services and office of budget and management. Each annual report shall include all of the following information:

(A) The total savings achieved by providing home and community-based services covered by medicaid components the department of aging administers rather than services that otherwise would be provided in a nursing facility;

(B) The average number of days that individuals receive home and community -based services covered by medicaid components the department of aging administers before and after receiving nursing facility services;

(C) A categorical analysis of the acuity levels of the individuals who receive home and community-based services covered by medicaid components the department of aging administers;

(D)Any other statistical information the department of aging considers appropriate for inclusion in the report.
