122.51 Bonds are lawful investments.


OH Rev Code § 122.51 What's This?

All revenue bonds issued under sections 122.39 to 122.62, inclusive, of the Revised Code, are lawful investments of banks, building and loan and savings and loan associations, deposit guarantee associations, trust companies, trustees, fiduciaries, trustees or other officers having charge of sinking or bond retirement funds of municipal corporations and other subdivisions of this state, and of domestic insurance companies notwithstanding sections 3907.14 and 3925.08 of the Revised Code, and are acceptable as security for the deposit of public moneys.
