122.32 Accepting using contributions.


OH Rev Code § 122.32 What's This?

The director of development, on behalf of the programs authorized pursuant to sections 122.28 to 122.36 of the Revised Code, may receive and accept grants, gifts, and contributions of money, property, labor, and other things of value to be held, used, and applied only for the purpose for which the grants, gifts, and contributions are made, from individuals, private and public corporations, from the United States or any agency of the United States, and from any political subdivision of the state. The director may agree to repay any contribution of money or to return any property contributed or its value at times, in amounts, and on terms and conditions excluding the payment of interest as the director determines at the time the contribution is made. The director may evidence the obligation by written contracts, subject to section 122.31 of the Revised Code, provided that the director shall not thereby incur indebtedness of or impose liability upon the state or any political subdivision.
