143B-293.5. (Effective until July 31, 2015) North Carolina Mining and Energy Commission - meetings.
The North Carolina Mining and Energy Commission shall meet at least quarterly and may hold special meetings at any time and place within the State at the call of the chair or upon the written request of at least nine members. (1973, c. 1262, s. 32; 2006-79, s. 6; 2012-143, s. 1(b).)
143B-293.5. (Effective July 31, 2015) North Carolina Oil and Gas Commission - meetings.
The Oil and Gas Commission shall meet at least quarterly and may hold special meetings at any time and place within the State at the call of the chair or upon the written request of at least five members. (1973, c. 1262, s. 32; 2006-79, s. 6; 2012-143, s. 1(b); 2014-4, s. 4(a).)
